Our 2008 Sofi™ Silver award-winning, artisan Spicy Serrano Honey Vinegar is delicious, distinct., and adds a mellow spicy-honey flavor to salads, pan sauces for roasted meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetable dishes. Can also be used in place of traditional grape-based balsamic vinegar.

Add to dressings for leafy green, potato, pasta, rice salads, and roasted sweet potatoes. Toss with sliced strawberries and a grinding of black pepper for a delicious dessert combination or for a spicy vinaigrette or marinade.
